Vancouver United is proud to be a part of the Washington Youth Soccer Total Outreach Program for Soccer (TOPSoccer) that is designed to meet the needs of players with special needs. This special needs program was established to promote the game of soccer in a unique segment of our clubs community. The Summer/Winter programs and curriculums are designed by the Vancouver United Coaches and consultants specializing in the needs of our unique players. Each program will include practice activities and weekly games.
