Hope you all have a great season...............

Please click here for the link to the Master Schedule

All VUSA Timbers Club and Teams.

Above is the link to our Club Master Schedule for the 2011-2012 season.  This schedule will be regularly updated and revised for changes.  Changes will range from specific team requests to Northwest Champions League games, President’s Cup, Washington State Cup, Spring League, re-assignments of fields due to field conditions, etc.  As those changes occur, this file will be updated so that the active schedule behind this link is the most current.   This link is also posted on the VUSA Timbers web site (VUSATimbers.com) and can be accessed there.  This Master Schedule is also available for the Referee Coordinators to plan ref crew assignments for coming weeks.

Each team has responsibilities with regard to this Master Schedule.  You should know whether you are the first or last game, or even the only game, at any VUSA Field location for home games.  If so, you have duties regarding re-lining, setup and takedown of the field.  We will not be sending weekly reminders to teams each week for those responsibilities.  Each field has storage facilities where paint, field liners, nets and corner flags are stored. If you are the first game on any weekend at any field (typically a Saturday) you are expected to re-paint the field lines and set up the nets and corner flags.  If you are the last game, you are expected to take down the nets and corner flags.  Note, the nets at Harmony fields are left on the goals at all times.  For Sunday games the process is the same except that the fields may have been painted on Saturday, so there’ll be no need to re-paint on Sundays.   If you have questions regarding your specific duties and how to access these storage facilities, please contact the individuals below.

Lock codes for equipment and paint storage at locations will be emailed to all the teams.

Policy on Game Change Requests – Notwithstanding rules specific to your league (RCL, OPL, PML, SWYSA, etc.) we will not accept requests for game changes that are within 2 weeks of the originally scheduled game.  For example, if you want a change for the October 1 weekend, we need to receive your request prior to September 17th.  All change requests should be sent to the following Volunteers, based upon your league:

SWYSA (Rec) and VUSA/CW Mini Mod - Mike Olinger, Dawn Lien, Brian Holt and Frank Purvis

PML/RCL/NWCL - all go to Mike Olinger at olyfisher@msn.com

We will review your request and give you an indication of approval or denial as quickly as possible.  Any approval does not eliminate your need to correspond with your opponent or to communicate with your respective league officials based upon their requirements.

Policy on Requests for Turf Fields – Our club has the ability to contract with various School Districts for the use of turf fields for game use.  Similar to the Requests for Game Changes, we must know of your interest in a Turf Field reservation 2 weeks prior to your game date.  We will attempt, but cannot guarantee, that a field can be obtained.  If a field is located for your use, you will be required to pay the full cost of such a field, in advance, prior to your game.  VUSA only charges you the actual cost per field, which is approximately $150 per game, without lights.   We would prefer that we know at the earliest opportunity of any teams interest in turf fields so that we can obtain reservations.  In no instance should any team communicate directly with any School District.  They will not honor your request as the field contracts are with VUSA.
